Litter Announcement
When a litter is confirmed, we'll notify waitlist families. You'll receive photo and video updates from pregnancy through to when your puppy is ready to join you.
Puppy Matching
We observe each puppy's temperament and energy level, then work with you to find the perfect match based on your family's needs - not just appearance.
Preparation & Pickup
Before pickup, we'll help you prepare. At pickup, you'll receive your puppy's documentation, starter kit, and guidance for a smooth transition home.
Photo & Video Updates
We offer clients a unique experience which includes photo and video updates from pregnancy all the way through to their puppy joining them. You'll feel connected to your new family member long before pickup day.

Pricing & Payment
Our puppies are priced from $4,000 to $5,000, reflecting the extensive health testing, quality nutrition, veterinary care, socialisation, and lifetime support we provide.
Payment Timeline
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit secures your place on our waitlist
- Balance: The remaining balance is due before pickup
We do not negotiate on price or offer discounts. Our pricing reflects the true cost of ethical breeding.

As pickup day approaches, make sure you're ready:
- Prepare your home with a safe, comfortable space for your puppy
- Stock up on essentials: food, bowls, bed, crate, collar, lead
- Arrange time off work if possible for the first few days
- Have your vet appointment booked for a health check
- Puppy-proof your home and garden
- Complete any remaining paperwork and payment
